Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as you have an issue with your purchase via email address giftcountyshop@gmail.com

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging (not the shipping box, but the cardboard gifting box), and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
